3. SMS Communications

By providing your mobile phone number and consenting at intake, you agree to receive SMS messages from Mi Alcanza at the number provided. Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for assistance. Opting out will not affect your loan application.

4. Information Security (GLBA)

As a financial services company, we are subject to the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA). We maintain a Written Information Security Program (WISP) and implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your nonpublic personal information (NPI), including:

• Field-level tokenization of all sensitive PII (SSN, ITIN, account numbers, Tax IDs)
• Automatic deletion of raw uploaded documents within 24 hours of processing
• Access controls requiring re-authentication to view sensitive fields
• Encrypted data transmission (TLS) and storage

5. AI-Assisted Processing Disclosure

Mi Alcanza uses artificial intelligence (AI) technology to assist with document review and loan file analysis. AI is used to generate narrative summaries and flag potential issues for review by our licensed supervisory principals. AI does not make final eligibility or credit decisions — all decisions are made by qualified human personnel. This disclosure is provided in compliance with California AB 2930 and applicable state AI transparency laws.

6. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with:

• Lenders and investors necessary to process your loan
• Service providers acting on our behalf (e.g., cloud infrastructure, OCR processing) under strict data processing agreements
• Government agencies or regulators as required by law
• Credit reporting agencies as permitted under the FCRA

7. Your California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)
